I could waste hours of sleep in the verbiage that usually lie around in order to identify the nature of an idea or theory that determines - to remain always in the background - the nature, origin and destination of a successful literary text . But I have long since ceased to engage in this type of cerebral rides. I prefer to say that this story is crossed by a thesis - which revealed there not to spoil the taste - and that the author does nothing to conceal the existence of a specific purpose, but without falling into banality of the novel with a key. The role of the two protagonists is clear from the title, do not even need to go until the third or fourth chapter for an explanation of the metaphor too explicit mathematics of prime numbers. Everything is clear already from the first and second sentences of the first chapter, each dedicated to the formulation of the two characters, which are then two opposing embodiments of the thesis of the story.
