Linus Torvalds: a healthy lifestyle ...?

I quote here the translation of a post in my opinion a lot of fun posted by Linus Torvalds on his personal blog - yes, also the time to keep a personal blog, he ...
Do not know about you, but I still think you should give nature a hand. I did the lasik eye, for example, and are completely satisfied.
Not that I ever regret wearing glasses, but I could not even recognize my children in the pool even at a distance of two meters. Let's face it. Swim back to the children of others and tickle him is not considered a socially acceptable behavior. At least in the United States.
This brings me to another that would help give nature: they are never able to find a sport that I really entusiasmasse. Sure, the game of billiards, which is technically a sport, I think. After all, it is always to move a ball here and there. Although scuba is fun, but I think if you take it as an aerobic exercise you're doing something wrong (the best part of scuba is when you look around you leaving you to float - doing the minimum amount of exercise).
Let's face it, I sit and I still like a vegetable for 99% of the time. My job is to sit behind a computer and, in moments of relaxation, the last thing I want to do is run around. Once I practiced a little 'swimming, and for about six months I got a three quarters of an hour of swimming almost every day, and this helped me, but even though I like to swim at some point it had reduced to an account of the tanks.
So finally I gave up (go in here all week - rather shoot myself!) And I have not resumed, and even now there is a pool nearby, I find that parking is inconvenient and I have absolutely no desire to shake me. I tried doing one of those things that you can practice at home (the rope? Actually I like, but not enough to practice it. Compressed air gun? Not help you much in the physical shape you - you can even do it sitting standotene while eating the Cheetos. any other thing? A total crap).
So I decided to eat healthy. It works. I have enough self-control (and genes - are convinced that it is all about the genes) did not reduce me to look like the monster of the movie Blob, and almost all the healthy food I like at the end. However, if there is one thing that enrages me is the disclaimer about exercise.
In Google news today there was another special report on the new SRT1720 (in short: you curry your metabolism making you burn fat without stupid and boring exercise. At least, that if you're a rat. Probably works for humans, because the mechanism is the same).
And every single damn article reported the usual boring note "Eat healthy and do exercise."
I'd like to kick the first one that says' this thing. I could consider my exercise of the day (honestly, even the whole week).
Sure, I'm sure someone likes to run and loves to do gymnastics, and that such people will say that people like me do not know what they're missing. My father is quite clearly one of those crazy, as my wife. I do not. Never once in my life, the exercise made me feel so good. I was eleven months Finnish army, and was probably the best physical shape I've ever met, and all that I could try was sweating (and cold. And boredom.).
So benvengano additives. If I can give a wake up my metabolism with a pill, I do it in a jiffy. And the next holy fool who speaks to me of what I lose I can run and be damned the other way with his advice and "Oww, Oww, oww".
Why I am I missing anything priori.
